Blink Ink Print is edited by Doug Mathewson. It is produced by Lynn Alexander and is part of Full of Crow Press and Distribution.

Blink Ink is devoted to very short fiction, 50 words or less. The Editors feel micro-fiction in it’s many forms has become overlooked both by online literary sites and small press publishers.

A blink of words, just a handful, is how we share our lives and thoughts, with one another. We at Blink-Ink hope you will share the words of your worlds through us.
FICTION: Experimental, Surreal, Poetic, and Traditional shorts are welcome. We are also very interested in “Smudge fiction.” A blink, an emotion, an impression, a memory fragment perhaps, something caught merely from the corner of the eye (or was it?).

Blink|Ink accepts submissions for quarterly print issues, special issues, and for cover art. By submitting, you agree that we may print your work, post your work, archive it, and include it in the site in print or electronic formats with attribution. We are a non-paying market and subscription rates are below production costs. We do not profit and donations and subscription revenue are minimal. What we receive goes right into the printing of the next issue. Someday we hope to break even!

We appreciate your understanding, this is a labor of love.

Submissions accepted on a rolling basis, but our publication schedule is as follows:

Submissions close Feb. 1 for the March Issue

Submissions close May 1 for the June Issue
